islands of Duck Key. In the forefront is Hawk's Cay
Resort Inn, lagoon, and the dolphin pens. Two pools

VILLA
ACCOMMODATIONS are located in three areas
The
Harbor Villas situated behind the Resort Inn
can be seen in this photograph. This is an ideal
area for patrons with small boats. Families can
watch the kids fish from the nearby dock while the
adults relax with cocktails on the verandah after
an active day with the children at one of Hawk's
Cays FIVE pools or the salt water lagoon.
The
Marina Villas are located to the right of the
Inn Complex and the new Conference Building. This
area provides beautiful views and the coming and
going of charter boats and yachts.
The
Sunset Village area is located near the
resort's new Indies Club . The sunset villas face
the setting sun.
INDIES
CLUB AND SPA
Not
identifiable in this photograph but centrally
located to the villa is the Indies Club, the
resort's new recreation complex with a family pool,
recreation building and spa, basketball court,
volleyball court, putting golf course, and a
children's pirate play pool. The recently completed
addition to the Indies Club has a variety of Spa
offerings.
POOLS
The
resort now has FIVE pools - three families pools,
one adult only pool and one designed for young
children in addition to its salt water ocean lagoon
and beach. The pools and amenities are situated in
different locations to provide easy access for
patrons staying in the Villas and the
Inn.

CONCH VILLAS
The
mid-sized "Conch" House has two bedrooms with queen
beds on the second floor. Each queen bedroom has
its own bath. On the main floor is a pullout
sleeper sofa. Also on the main floor is a kitchen,
dining area, and living room. Upper and lower
verandahs face the water. This unit has Lloyd
Flander wicker dining, end table and coffee table
furniture; TV consoles, plantation style beds, and
tropical art.
While
all units in the Village are not identical in
appearance, all units meet furniture, appliance,
accommodations, and kitchenware standards
established by the Resort. The resort inspects and
inventories each unit to see that it meets rental
standards.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATIONS or LODGING at the

Whether
you rent a room at the Hawk's Cay Inn or choose to
stay in villa accommodations you are a guest of the
resort in every way and all amenities and
recreation facilities are available to you. The
Resort cleans the villas , changes linens and
towels, handles registration, all billing and
credit charges.
The
resort has become extremely popular and limits
the number rooms it makes available to
discounting.
