SPA FACILITIES
There are four resorts in the Florida Keys that include spas treatments among their upscale amenities.
Hawk's Cay on Duck KeyCheeca Lodge in Islamorada,
The Pier House in Key west, and
Little Palm Island in the Lower Keys
Cheeca Lodge in Islamorada and the Pier House in Key West opened spas in 2002, and in January of 2003 Hawk's Cay Resort on Duck Key opened its Indies Spa. Both Cheeca and Hawk's Cay have established Children's Programs.
Hawk's Cay
The new Indies Spa offers a program for teens as well as adults.
The new Spa facility has three massage suites, two couple massage suites, two facial suites, a manicure/pedicure suite. Also available is a six-head Vichy Shower massage room, a eucalyptus steam room, whirlpool, and sauna.
The facility includes new strength-training and cardiovascular equipment. Guests have the ability to create a personalized spa experience, and can customize their spa treatments, selecting from a variety of available spa choices such as massages, facials and body treatments.
Hawk's Cay also offers Teen Spa programs, with treatments specifically designed for spa goers ages 8 to 15.

Cheeca Lodge has 203 rooms and suites and is a luxury resort located in Islamorada.
Camp Cheeca at Cheeca Lodge - Offers a child's activity program for a fee for vacationers staying at the resort. Camp Cheeca for ages 6 to 12 provides full day and half day sessions depending on the number of children signing up. Activities revolve around the environment and vary with the time of year. Children learn about endangered ecosystems of the Keys, species protection, conservation, and the coral reef while participating in a variety of fun activities. Loofah Salt Glow - exfoliates dry skin cells and improves circulation.
Tropical Mud Body Treatment - exfoliation of the skin with a hydrating scrub, an aromatherapy body wash are used to soothe muscles and a detoxifying mud mask massaged all over the body followed by a revitalizing body cream to tone and moisturize the skin.
Milk-n-Honey - treatment hydrates your skin, an herbal scrub is applied to the body in circular motions to exfoliate skin. followed by warm honey and sesame oil massage and a warm milk rinse.
